We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must not be damaged
• Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Personal care and hygiene products may not qualify for return due to health and safety reasons
